This stunning knockdown rebuild, was custom-built for a local family and their dog who wanted to make the most of their land in one of the Sunshine Coast’s original streets. The two-storey home features spacious rooms with a dramatic double-height void, a dedicated media room with sound proofing, a large upstairs living area and two unsuited bedrooms. The outdoor space is equally impressive with a huge pool, a yard for the dog and an outdoor kitchen. During the construction phase, we respected the existing Neighbours and preserved the desired existing trees. The result is a home that blends in beautifully with its surroundings and showcases the modern style of the Sunshine Coast.
